I am Ms. Aivee Sanchez, 36 years old, a dedicated educator with 14 years of teaching experience, passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that empower students to grow academically and personally. Throughout my career, I have taught learners from diverse backgrounds, adapting my teaching approaches to meet their unique needs while fostering a supportive and engaging classroom environment. My years in education have equipped me with strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills that enable me to make language learning practical, interactive, and enjoyable.
I am a native Cebuano speaker from Davao City, where Cebuano (commonly known as Bisaya in the region) is the primary language used in everyday communication. Growing up in this multilingual city allowed me to develop a deep fluency in Cebuano while appreciating its rich linguistic and cultural heritage. This authentic background enables me to teach not only the language itself but also its natural expressions, cultural context, and real-life usage. I am committed to helping learners gain confidence in speaking Cebuano and to fostering an appreciation for the language as an important part of the identity and culture of Mindanao and the wider Visayas.
